Mimi Witcher, Founder
Computer School For Seniors

"In 1999 I knew nothing about computers but I enrolled in some classes at Richland College in Dallas, Texas. I loved it.

Soon, I went from taking classes, to teaching classes.

On Auust 26, 2005, at the age of 61, I received the Richland College Excellence in Teaching Award as Teacher of the Year.

For almost ten years now, I have seen first hand the life changing affect computers and the Internet can have on senior's lives.

It's time to have fun and learn more about your computer."

Our "campus" - it really is like a tree-lined college campus, peaceful, relaxing and fun to tour - is divided into three sections. The first section is where you will find over 300 computer Lesson Plans. Practically all the Microsoft products are there - Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Windows 7, Vista, XP etc. Plus a great section on Adobe Photoshop Elements. And they are all written in senior friendly language. No geek speak. They are easy to understand, follow and learn from. They all have illustrations that guide you step by step. Click on the "Lesson Plan Examples" on the left and take a look at a sample Lesson Plan and you will see what I mean.

After you enroll, you will be able to learn from over 300 Lesson Plans.
